Jasper-possible 16mb xell install help

Howdy folks.
I'll try to be short and to the point

I have an exploitable Jasper and I am tryin to install XELL to read the CPU KEY.

Went through the common steps of the tuts. (this is my second JTAG experiment the first was with a Cygnos rev F went well.)

I am testing now the NAND-X kit(I like it very much) but cant seem to get XELL to boot.

Errors
1. when I flash jasper_6723_hack to the nand

I tried injecting my KV and xellous(xell-1f.bin)into XELL_Jasper

I also tried to inject my KV into XBR_Jasper_16m.bin the xbox seems dead.

All is okay when I flash the ORIG.bin back to the box!!

update your box to 7371 then use jtag tool to dump it @ 7371 then flash xell to it also the smc side of the jtag has to be installed for the console to boot

Thanks, I updated to 7371, and read NAND twice.
I tried with jtagtool to write xell but the console would not boot.

also the smc side of the jtag has to be installed for the console to boot

I soldered the jtag QSB and switch is set to '0' jumper 330

I will flash the nand with nanpro manually (not with jtag tool)...

I got the jasper16m from xbins the console powered up but blank screen.
tried the jtag switch in the 3 positions.. blank screen.

I tried XBR_jasper16 and XBR_jasper16a after injecting the new KV(I did not inject the config)

Still no solution to get the CPU key
Any suggestions?
I will start from scratch. I know it can be done.

Solution found... After renaming all the files exactly like in the tut, I still was getting a blank screen(xbox was powered up)....
I switched to the composite cables and WTF??? It worked. BSOL Blue Screen Of Life!!!

I used chrome browser connected to the IP address and downloaded 'MY STUFF'

After trying to flash freeboot kept getting error 71 .
So i created the image using freeboot tool (the pig) and set it as updflash.bin
put that file on root of usb(fat/fat32)
reflashed nand to free60.bin
then booted xbox with usb key
allowed the update
it takes a while to load into ram(be patient)
then reboot
