Your install looks perfect to me. Ouch I dont have as much experience as you but there was someone else posting about some chips shipped without being programmed
Do you have another CR_4 for testing

Try wiring it up in cr4 rgh2 style and see if that makes a difference you will have to white a rgh2 cr4 glitch image as well
thats what i was going to do last resort. Thats 2 jaspers in a row not booting to xell. is anyone else having problems with jrunner and the recent update ? Might try autogg before resorting to rgh

seems to be same issue
Yep this is happening to me aswell I have 2 here that will not boot RGH2+ or RJTAG+ I think this was some sort of factory messup and honestly since it is starting to become known I think we should get replacements. I know this is not a personal soldering issue because my soldering looks great and I know I have good soldering lol I have messed with them for days making sure it's not me. I have tried everything even all the alternate points possible no lifted pads nothing. Hopefully we can get some sort of resolution to this.

P.S. I did put another CR4 I had from another console in the place of the two that would not boot and they boot perfectly fine. I bought this one early November the ones that I bleive are faulty were in the last batch from XCONSOLES

I got 5 jaspers here doing this very thing! Seems to be a widespread issue right now. Don't know what to do anymore

Not just jaspers either, some full post slims have issues, as well as falcons. Maybe more too, that's just what i'm noticing lately.
