I got 5 jaspers here doing this very thing! Seems to be a widespread issue right now. Don't know what to do anymore

Not just jaspers either, some full post slims have issues, as well as falcons. Maybe more too, that's just what i'm noticing lately.
I wonder if there will be a V2 or it TX will just leave it as is?

I don't know, but something needs to change. I keep having one problem after the other, it's so frustrating, so much wasted time..

The jaspers are the biggest issue for me at the moment

I've installed two in three different console so fars. One Corona, one Trinity and a Jasper. I didn't have any issues getting any of them to boot. I'd say from my experience and testimonies of others, if it doesn't boot with in a few minutes of tweaking then it's time to move on.

Yep, that's what I'm discovering. It either works or doesn't

I had one corona v2 and 2 Trinitys that had issues. The v2 didnt boot, and the trinity was just out of wack. 1-3 in rater, 10+ out of rater. Weirdest thing ever.

I've spent the last couple weeks talking with Alex (from wny) 24/7, I'm not insane since he has seen all the same stuff

My first batch from Xconsoles never any trouble.. Now gonna start on second batch will test them out and see
I have a big block Jasper that seems to start fast and its still open Im gonna test 5 of 10 them on one console and test EXell
I dont want to contribute to unnecessary panic on this website and I always no that TX products are warrantied with out Question
my second batch was shipped 11-24-14

probably sounds dumb but i wonder what would happen if you put a switch on the power line of the cr4 and flicked it off just after Post0F but just before cpu reset

some of these chips must have been programmed with bad code

So it prints "0F Glitch successful" but it's not? How strange :)
Anyway even if it prints that it doesn't mean a successful boot will follow.

It's fake post, not a "true" representation of its POST but a calculated one. An 0xF reset will say glitch successful on RGH2+ but point to smc speed boost issue.

I have notes on my pc at home about CR4/RJtag and what represents certain codes, as i am 1100 miles away, i cant just access it.

You would need to get past 0x15 CONTINUING for it to be relative to jtag wiring (that i recall, could be mistaken)

Death on 0x10 could be like death on 0x2e (got one at home the same on rjtag(+)

Ok that makes sense thanks. I made the mistake of just copying the DIP diagram (for Falcon) but didn't enable 2,3 or 4 and I got the same post log as that so worth checking!
