What more post can I give? I've provided a full rater log on page one, is that not enough? Also you may have to explain TMS/TDI values. Ill have a quick google search...

I was just curious to see if anything changed.

This is a quote from MartinC on another thread.

Bad TMS/TDI on GPU (check J2D2.1 and J2D2.2 against GND - should be 1.5k)

Tested them, both 1.5k, this is when the system has power but isnt on.

Hmm, interesting. Could we get another POST log?

Have you tried all three settings on the JTAG QSB?

Have you tried using both AUD_CLAMP and original JTAG SMC?
Well I haven't changed the settings on anything since it last worked (ill post my current setting in a sec) Even then I did no real tweaking, i just put up with a little wait every now an again, maybe this is just a case of having a little tweak to get a better performance...

I've tested all settings with AUD_CLAMP on; same problem on all. I haven't got a soldering iron handy to change to JTAG SMC right now, maybe tomorrow, any other ideas?

Hey, I apologize for not posting in this thread to check your JTAG wiring first.

I believe i did in the other thread with the identical problem.

When two threads with the same issue come along, sometimes it's tough to keep them straight.

The problem I had was I hot glued all my points on after soldering, so it was hard to check over my soldering. It wasn't until I touched the glue on the point when I noticed it wasn't soldered on properly

In all honestly, hot glue is 100% unnecessary.

The only time it is acceptable is to pin wires (the shielded part) in place (if you have extra slack).
However, you might as well use a piece of tape.

I would never recommend putting hot glue over a solder point itself.

If your soldering is competent, you don't need it at all.

^^^^Good Advice

Electrical Tape is Easy to remove IF ANYTHING ever needed a look at.

Hot glue can also eventually dry out... it doesnt stay stuck to Mobo's very well over time.

I use hot glue to pin wires down (not solder points). Electrical tape will come up eventually as well. It's made to be wrapped around itself not just laid out flat on a piece of fiberglass. If you have a hot glue gun that gets hot enough, the glue will last for some time. When it comes time to remove it, a little isopropyl alcohol on it will make it come off VERY easy and leaves no residue behind.

Just my two cents and probably up for debate but ya....
