Untill there are better clearer pictures of your install its hard to say, but what i do know is that a bad install can work for a while. I also know theres a very small chance that your chip died and that the replacement also was faulty. Not all solder spots are critical for booting your stock nand. I can also tell from the picture of your chip that you are using too much solder on the solderpoints.

Im trained by IPC standards and those rules doesnt always apply to this kind of work, but for a wire like the ones used here you should be able to see the contour of the wire trought the solder.

So if i got a JRP and used the rater feture I would have a good chance of seeing whats wrong with it?
