The console it's working. It boots. The only problem is with RF MODULE, not the R-JTAG .
But if you want to:

Console Type: Jasper
NAND size: 16
Dashboard version: 2.0.16202
CB version: e.g 5774
Screenshot of NAND details from J-Runner:
(attach an image to your post)
J-Runner log: not having it
POST output from J-Runner (either POST_OUT monitor or RATER output): not having it
(2 cycles is enough)
Image of R-JTAG board:
Images of close-up soldering to motherboard:

Description of problem: The only problem is the xbox it's powering itself and sometimes the leds are not working properly (when i turn off the xbox the led from rf module and from controller stays on) . Cand somebody tell me what's happening ?

Was the console working before you started: Yes

You have too much solder on those QSBs. Those points go to the southbridge and they may be getting interference etc. Use desoldering wick and remove as much as possible.

2 off the wall suggestions for you, after you clean up those QSBs. The orange wire might be shorted to the soldered jumper on the QSB as well.

1. Take the batteries out of all your controllers, this eliminates the possibility of a bad controller sending a power up signal.

2. Try replacing the RF Module with another one, if you have one. All Phats are compatible with any Phat style RF Module.

I had a very similar issue with an xbox, it ended up being the R2P12 resistor, i just replaced that resistor and all was well.
