post your r-jtag soldering pics and

if u did'nt check your dips settings

go and check your dip switches

Your useing a fake/clone CR3 most likely that why its not working. And as stated in your other exact thread fake/clone chips arn't supported here.

cant see darn video bro. and the reason is your glitch chip. first of its a bad chip to start with... for lift off id start from rev C if i where you. just take CR Rev C and make good soldering. bridge jumpers 1-2 not 2-3. leave CAP as is.
lose that glitch chip bro.
i allways had boot on jaspers with rev c... true with some bad timing but still.
