Hey guys. Just a few days ago, I bought my friends Xbox 360 Jasper with the DemoN and Coolrunner Rev C Installed. The catch was, was that he never acctually got the damn thing to work -_-. I got it for cheap, so I just decided I could give it a go and see if I could Fix it. I looked over guides here, on Team-Xecuter. The solder points look pretty good, but not professional. Nothing is bridged, and everything seems to have a solid connection. The points all look correct, the only thing I noticed different were the different colored wires, but that shouldn't be that much of a big deal. The DemoN Reads correctly on J-Runner, It can read/write nand to the coolrunner, DemoN, and xbox. Both Green and Red LEDs work on the coolrunner, but the Blue LED on the DemoN doesn't show. The xbox doesn't turn on though, and I read somewhere that if I write a bad nand, then that could be my problem. I still haven't found a good guide that showed the exact steps to program the DemoN and the Coolrunner Rev C for my phat Jasper SB. I'm Pretty sure the problem isn't with the Soldering, but I could be wrong. Let me know what you guys think is wrong. I will provide pics of the soldering below, thanks for the help.

Does green wire on demon have any solder on it? Your pics are kinda blurry also any way you can take some clear closeups?

Okay, So the DemoN blue LEDs work on XBOX mode, but the device is no longer recognized by my computer. Windows 7 x64 Computer says "USB device has malfunctioned." in order to get the DemoN to be recognized, I need to unplug all power sources and completely remove ribbon cables and set the switch to PC. any thoughts guys?

For testing purposes (before you install the DemoN), the switch must be set to "PC" and when the DemoN is installed, the switch must be set to "XB", just like the instructions say.

Check that the ribbon cable is seated correctly and perform a continuity test against the pins on the external module's USB port and the pins on the DemoN's ribbon connector.

You should also try another mini USB cable and/or USB port.
