even after removing the Jtag wiring and insuring that no points of solder are touching, it gives me 3 rings with a secondary of, 0021 the motherboard is a Jasper, 16MB and i have already sent it to one person, (i cant remember the name) and they couldn't fix it. so i gave it a try, no luck.

Before i sent it, it didnt have the black scars on it, he claimed it was from the Flux he used....

Some pics of the wire instal.

I know that the wires are not the best but i know that it reads and wrights .. i was in a hurry and did it in about a min.. i will take any help as i really want this to fun cause i bought it before the RGH was discovered, so it was expensive ...

I would remove ALL wiring and clean up ALL solder - ensure everything is cleaned down with IPA and looking neat and tidy - after that if you still have the error - I would guess a reflow is in order......but that wiring is shocking, and more than likely the cause

very well then i will be doing that tomorrow as i am in Japan. :) i figured that it might help, so you think specificaly the nand points are just messed up or touching? i understand that the secondary usually means reflow so i was slightly disturbed when i found out.. being a jasper and all

hmmm thats shocking soldering. also it looks like there is a blob of solder across the traces above the yellow wire in the first photo. another thing is that is the nandx wiring you have in the photo's, nowhere do i see the jtag wires. are they even installed?
quite right and well spotted:) small blob just to the right of the yellow wire,

doesnt make the soldering any better though:rolleyes2:

no just above the yellow and underneath cr1d2. dvd power socket is also melted. it also looks as if the nandx has been connected to the jtag points or a qsb has been there and been removed since. if this console has a freeboot image installed its going to rrod because of the jtag wires being missing. missing jtag wires should be giving 1red and e79 so there is more at fault here. 0021 is a short.

also clean off that flux residue with ipa. its corrosive.

I flashed back to stock, my Orig.bin/orig_nand dump, that why the wiring is out of it, it should just be all stock now, and i will clean it off as soon as i have time, i guess i didnt explain the first part enough, thats my bad.

yes there was a QSB on it before good eye. it was taken off cause it had the same problem. im not sure how.

So i noticed that maybe a trace was crossing, i have the Quick solder pads for the nandx ready once i hear back from someone that was helping before. if you think it needs more of a clean up let me know.
