We will know more once you provide the images.

I suspect that it is a STBY_CLK issue but it may be something else seeing as you said you had to trace repair CPU_PLL_BYPASS.

You used hot glue which is a big no no.

We could really do with seeing images of the connections of wires to their pads but be careful removing that glue or you will end up pulling components off the board.

OP: can you please attach the images to your post to make it easier for users to look at them, thanks :).

Also anyone got an idea as to why boot times decrease when I re-assemble the console?
possibly a wire getting pinched / trapped by the pegs on the inside of the case, or interference from the metal chassis, wire position, it could be anything without pics we cant help.

I dont really see what I need to contact one for any way lol.

On the Coolrunner point A came off(Dont ask me how... all I did was heat up the solder on top to add a little more on the then when I moved the soldering iron it all came with it...)
This is why.

To lift a pad from the Coolrunner needs a LOT of sustained heat. Your soldering technique is therefore inadequate to complete the work.

To fix the issue you have, you need to repair STBY_CLK - you've more than likely killed the resistor on the line (a reading from it would be useful). Going on the above, this isn't for you to do.
