Hello fellow people of the Team Xecuter Forum.
I am here today with a problem I am running into while trying to RGH Jasper Xbox.
Console information:
White Xbox 360 20gb
Jasper 512mb motherboard
Benq drive
Date: 2008-01-23
RGH tools information:
Coolrunner Rev. C
nand-x
Program: J-runner
Problem:
I tried to RGH1 the system, but I screwed up point ft6u7, which we can see at the picture: http://www.upload.ee/image/5596046/DSC00137.JPG
I then thought to try RGH 1.2, which doesn't need that point, but needs ft6u1, so that worked. I soldered everything to the motherboard, when power is plugged into the system, Coolrunner power indicator shines brightly, but the system does not turn on.
Given suggestions:
First I thought of using this tutorial, but this motherboard is multi-layer, so this doesn't work, I guess. http://www.instructables.com/id/Repairing-a-Damaged-Pad-on-a-PCB/?ALLSTEPS
Then I was suggested to go to the other side of the motherboard and solder a wire from the burned pad trace to the other side, see picture: http://www.upload.ee/image/5596350/DSC00140.JPG
What should I do? Can anyone help me with my problem?
I have RGH'd many Xbox systems before for myself and for clients in my country, so I am pretty good at this.
With regard
Markus
