I never wanted to make a duplicate thread, and I never made it. Yesterday I made an account and a thread, but it gave me a soda can written FAIL on it. So I made a blank one and edited that. That worked, I don't know why there is a new one.

Re: Jasper RGH failed after installing Coolrunner Rev. C

I can't deal with this sh*t. Just screw it!

I reflashed stock NAND with nand-x and the console boots up fine. I will just use it with a DVD drive, which only plays films and no games, I will just go and play WoT and other Live games, and some others.

It is just illogical to me, that the console had the Coolrunner soldered to it and NAND overwritten, the console WOULDN'T even turn on. It just gets power. But after flashing stock NAND, it is okay. Illogical sh*t! I will just take it to and expert and play LT 2.0 on my Xenon and use this Jasper as a backup.

We still don't have pics of the CR. It's not booting because there's a lot of wire exposed that touches other components.

I did it, check the pictures above! And by not booting, it is because FT6U7 is messed up, that was supposed to be the cause. Wire touching components? If the motherboard is a component, then how are the other people getting this done?

Ow and I really like the peeps here, when I said I quit, people react. But after 24 hours, everyone read it and nobody said a thing!

Your pictures are not sufficient to get the full idea of how you've installed your chip.

Imagine if i posted a super zoomed in picture of my car keys and asked "why isn't my car starting?"

I checked the pics and I can't find the CoolRunner on any of them. I mean, you leave a lot of exposed wire, the insulation is there to avoid unwanted connections. https://www.dropbox.com/s/0a697u88t4e30zm/2016-02-26 13.18.49.jpg?dl=0 Here you can see it clearly.

Okay, I will post later!

But just tell me, can the FT6U7 cause the console NOT TO BOOT or not? Or is it nothing?
It can't since it's there just to provide debugging info. It's a "dead end"

Anyways.......I am so disappointed right now. I reassembled the console, unsoldered the wires, because I thought it was hopeless.

I will post something new when I come back to the Xbox some other time. :)
