in case you don't know how to do this,

run: regedit
HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Jungleflasher

i wouldn't advise deleting the registry entry, as that would delete your key database

it would be best to move it, or rename it

keydb is stored under jfkeydb.

I'm on my phone, they are separate though.

still worth mentioning it as he might have deleted all instances, he need only kill the one directory and anyone that now searches to find this post will have better information.

I have to write shorthand as I'm on my phone so you done what I couldn't.

As long as he has his dumps saved on a CD, Or in his Email, Etc... It doesn't matter what he deletes, Backup all your important information, Format the fcuker and reinstall. It'll take less time than trying everything.
Edit: That's what I'd do, But still I'm curious as to whats causing his problem. Hopefully he can get it sorted without having to format/reinstall
