Joycons Issue

Hi, as I say in the title I've an issue with Joycons, the problem is that when Joycons are in handheld mode the Switch shows a certain battery percentage of Joycons but when I unplug them It says that the battery level is low. Any idea on how to fix this? (I've always used SX Jig to boot)

If I boot OFW the right Joycon shows the correct percentile in both ways instead the left one shows low percentile in wireless mode and middle charge in handheld mode( so if I connect the left Joycon to the Switch it doesn't say that it has low charge, it says that only when in wireless mode) . Now I'm trying to charging them in OFW and then I'll switch back to CFW to see if something changes and then I'll tell you back. So the Joycon with a wrong behavior is the left one ( I've always updated the Joycons with every firmware but I don't know if this could be a problem).

So I tried to fully charge the Joycons in OFW and it worked, now the Switch shows the correct percentile also in CFW
