So I bought a jr programmer v1 to jtag a xenon xbox 360, and everything was going well. I read the nand, wrote the nand, and then I disconnected my jr programmer. When I plugged it back in, the light on it was red and now my computer doesn't even recognize it anymore..it just sees it as a USB Input Device. I've tried resetting it, uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers, and nothing will work. I just have a jr programmer sitting here with a red light and not doing anything. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Sounds like it is in bootloader mode. Make sure the BL switch is in the correct position. If it is, you can reflash the JRP .hex to the JRP.
I get that sometimes with my JR-P v2 usaully reflashing the firmware fixes it.

happens to mine all the time reflash the fw to the actual JRP using J-Runner, the hex file is in the common folder of the J-Runner working folder
