JR-Programmer v1 Help

So I bought a new xecuter coolrunner chip from xconsoles and before I tried to RGH my falcon I wanted to program it with my jr-programmer I connect it and it shows on j-runner it's connected and it's already programmed so then when I connect the jr-programmer to my coolrunner, my xecuter coolrunner doesn't light up or anything only my jr-programmer and I've tried connecting it on both settings but nothing.

You can't see it but the led is green I had the photo taken on flash

With the cable connected to the JRP and CoolRunner, do you get continuity between the JTAG XSVF pins on the JRP and the JTAG header pins on the CoolRunner?
