I'm new to the hardware side of modding, I seem to be having trouble reading my NAND in JRunner. Drivers are installed properly green light is showing up on my JRProgrammer, power supply to the xbox is hooked up properly and the 6 pin connector is also connected properly. I have tried unplugging the cables pressing the reset button on JrProgrammer but still no luck at reading my NAND. I feel as if my soldering points are off.
I Plan on installing CR4 XL's This is for a Trinity Slim Motherboard.

Just leave the minimum amount of exposed copper that you can on the wires. Is the ground connection solid?

Yes power supply is plugged in and an orange solid light is lit on the power supply. Should I just try shortening the wires? Everything else looks good to me to be honest

It's not about shortening the wires, but the exposed part. Yes trim it.
