FIXED JR Programmer V2 NAND problem

Description of problem:Hi, when I try to read NAND using JR Programmer V2 it wont let me, I've tried uninstalling and then selecting drivers but it doesn't work and there used to be a red light on it but there's not anymore I was just wondering if anyone could help, thanks :)

What is the issue here?

A red light on the JRP means it's in bootloader mode.

When the JRP v2 is operating normally, the green LED will be lit when it is connected to a USB port.

I got the red light back but it wont read NAND and comes up with driver unsuccessful and when I go to manual install it says's there's already one

Flash the correct hex to it and once you've done that, make sure that the JP-BL switch is OFF (away from the text on the PCB).
I have done that, and the LED only shows up when connected to the chip(connector with both ends white, and thank you for helping me :)
EDIT: Just go the light up when it's connected by itself, and I have both switches away from the reset

I just got it sorted, I was using the .hex from the drivers, instead of PICFLASH, thank you very much for responding :)
