JRP Help please!

What's up guys!
I'm having some problems with my JR Programmer v2 or JRunner I'm not sure...

The logo doesnt show up in the tool meaning the drivers are'nt installed properly, but when i go to update/reinstall them (because this didnt happen before) in Device manager my JR Programmer v2 shows up like this...

I might have a go at resetting my Laptop see if that makes a difference please halp asap!<3

my JRP shows up in Processors just below other devices
Unplug the JRP with device manager open

If you use windows 8, try to Enable Test Mode

Step 1: Open command Prompt as administrator
Step 2 : Use the following
bcdedit -set TESTSIGNING ON

Step 3 : Restart and you are Done

Then try to install the drivers

Not necessary. Just disable driver signature enforcement

It just says that windows has already installed the drivers ect ect :[
