Yes, as per my NAND-x troubleshooting guide, a damaged stby_clk will stop the read/write via SPI as there's no clock to the southbridge.

thanks for the help in the other thread , now my xbox is booting , i did what u suggested with 2 cables to the b point of the coolrunner.

i closed the jrunner cuz i thought everything was lost, now when i open it nothing is loaded.

what should i do ?

i choose 16 mb big block,
choose the dash
load both nands

i had already created the ecc

this is the folder from the jrunner

do i have to load anything else to continue to write ecc ?

how do i load that image_00000.ecc ?

thanks

Ps. when i give the order to write ecc the xbox should be plugged to the electricity ?

Since you've not actually written anything to your console, you could start again if you wanted to.

All SPI read/writes need to happen with the PSU connected to the console.

start from which part ?

should load the nands then flash the coolrunner again and continue from there ?

yes still boot.

is it a problem that the nand-x to coolrunner doesn't enter completely ?

i just checked the points and seem fine so dunno, what to do, i will take pictures of the points and post again

If you've programmed the coolrunner, you should be unplugging that cable. It's not needed again unless you wanted to reprogram it.
then i'm doing everything wrong, i was trying to write ecc pluging that cable to the coolrunner from the nand x while the nand x is plugged to the laptop.

then how do i write the ecc ?

how should be the nand-x plugged to the xbox or what should i do ?

ps. and i was here soldering again the points , i almost burn one :D

That connector is ONLY needed to program the coolrunner. You should also have connections to the Console to the NAND-x via the header points at J1D2 and J2B1 (aka NAND points).

The .ecc is to be written to the xbox and the .xsvf is to be written to the CR. If you are trying to write the .ecc to the CR then you need to stop and seriously re-read the tutorial.

i'm following the tutorial on the jrunner but it doesn't show pictures of which cable to use when.

'took off the cables' could have meant unplugging the NAND-x from the console (using QSB or pinheader). It's too generic and we kinda assume you're following a guide of sorts and understand the the .ecc is written to the NAND.
