Jrunner fails to create key.bin, C-R.bin please help

I've tried this on a few pcs, re-installed the framework, still throws this error:

Awesome, thanks. I went in and adjusted my virtual memory to the max on my pc with 16gb ram.... System.outofmeory seems an unlikely error. Anyone have any idea how to fix this for the future?
