JRunner files possibly corrupted, or maybe USB driver problems

I was going to RGH a Trinity the other day. First, I got 4 clean nanddumps. After ECC was written and CR4 installed, I got red light. So I wrote back the original nand and removed CR4. Still red light with error code 0101. I don't believe that the cpu is the problem, because the Xbox worked right before I wrote the ecc the first time. Any ideas?

I will also add that after attempting to write a retail nand, when I read back the nands, for either Xbox, and compare to the original nanddumps, the nands are the same, according to JRunner.
