Jrunner is not showing kv info in my nand dump

When i load my nand dump and go to kv info, everything is blank, help!

Did you insert your console's CPU key?

The CPU key is required to decrypt the NAND image.

yeah but i dont think it is reconizing that i inserted the cpu key

IF you put the right key in it will recognize it and decrypt the nand. You may need to triple check you entered the right key in.

Check the CPU key - it should be 32 characters in length.
