RGH Jrunner not working

Hi guys,

I am trying to put a cr4 in my trinity console and a Jrunner to help with the process. Everything is wired neatly and securely but I'm getting a solid red light on the Jrunner and the Jrunner version 5 won't pick anything up.
Also I can't download the lastest version off Jrunner because it's saying I can't download a 32bit program when I have a 64 bit which to me is stupid, so if anyone could help me that would great.
Do I need to hook the Jrunner to cr4 before it will connect to the laptop??

No,.you don't need to hook cr4 to jrp or j runner. And what is your problem with j runner?

It will check the files but nothing else says "can not connect device" we have downloaded all the drivers but can't download the lastest download as it says it's a 32bit and we have a 64bit computer. Last night we went from solid green light to solid red now no light today at all t

I can understand what exactly your problem is. Drivers? If so, Google them and install. Red light is standby led. It doesn't mean it's bad.

I have been on this for a couple days now and stil can't get this Jrunner to work. Drivers are downloaded lastest version downloaded and Jrunner not fukn working. I'm can't even get the JR logo on the Jrunner screen,

Check switch. Also check if you have original jrp.
Check your usb drivers
Try different computer

Hey mate, a different computer is the only thing I haven't tried, it's a genuine by the sticker but hey how would I know the turkey I brought it from won't reply to my phone calls or messages if I knew who was the main supplier I'd ask them if he is legit

Its some wierd problem. Did you check that switch if it is in correct position? I would try that on different computer at least to determine what could be wrong.
There is sticker with serial number and there ist serial number checker on main page.

Hey dadko,
I'm trying it on different computer I have played around with the switches And got nothing. As for the serial number it's fine so it's a legit runner I'm thinking if it might have a bug. It's so frustrating I brought this last Friday a whole week ago and still getting nowhere. I will keep u posted when the files download on new comp, I still would like to let the person or persons know that made and distributed the Jrunner that if they let people sell there products that they should have the decency to reply to calls and messages when having trouble with the goods it's only polite.

If you connect jrp just to pc with mini usb cable, nothing happens? Do you hear at least usb recognition sound in pc? Check device manager, is jrp showing there?

Yes mate it's connecting to computer but nothing have found out today both the motherboards are fukd so I'm just doing a new one now crossing my fingers

Do u have links to getting the drivers and downloads I got the misso to delete them and start from scratch.

The drivers is what she has trouble getting. I stay away from the computer side of it the temper would get the better off me so leave that to the wife.

the drivers r where i told ya they are in jrunner folder/common/drivers

We are in drivers so how do we delete the 3files and replace them

Here is an old video guide I did on how to delete the old drivers and install the new ones.
If you never had an old driver installed you can skip the deletion part.

Thanks mate that helped us a lot but when we run as administrator it won't open are we meant to restart or unplug and plug back in.
