Jrunner question

Hi all first post here , great forum ive read a lot here and learnt plenty , my question is I have a falcon mobo here that I have extracted the nand with a JR2 programmer , no probs so far , but when I select aud clamp and r-jtag too install my CR4 with Rjtag , my eec file in the log window it says patchin jasper offset , is this normal ? it displays falcon in mobo on jrunner. I can post log if needed , ive done Rjtag and jtag and rgh before too over 25 consoles , im no expert but this console just wont boot too xell , any help is greatly appreciated.
