hi guys,i am in the middle of my first jrunner rgh.
this is the first time i am using jrunner I have gone through th tutorial in the folder but I am not sure about one point
I have dumped the nands compared them, had already flashed my coolrunner.
at the end of the flash coolrunner section
it says

Now boot your console – if all wiring is correct it should boot fine with the stock nand.
and after that we move on to
Create ECC
At this point press the create ECC button you should see a whole load of text appear in the log file.

we had booted the console at the end of the flash coolrunner section,so the console is on at the moment.

Am I going to shut it down and leave it plugged in(in standby mode)or do I create the ecc file while the console is up and running?

a little bit confused there.

Now I have done the process, and now waiting for the xell reloaded to show up,the constant red and blinking green : /

my hdmi cable is hooked up,I have booted the console with the controller, coolrunner is switched to nor(tried both slim and fat no joy).

where should I start checking?

First of all what kind of console/motherboard are you trying to glitch?. If it is a zephyr board then some wont glitch, even if the green LED is flashing. Had a 512MB jasper do the same thing too. Would flash but would not boot. But anyways first thing I would do is double check all your soldering very closely and make sure you have a good strong connection on all points. If you are working with a SLIM you can also try shortening the Blue wire by 3-5cm and trying again, or picking up a POST QSB (makes things much easier with a slim.) But you need to provide some more info/pics so people can have a better insight into what is going on.

Xell wont show through HDMI. i believe you have to you use A/V cables still.

you dont ever want the console powered on while your nand-x is hooked up to it. it it will fry it.

Oh, cool. I'm accustomed to the old way then, LOL
Xell never used to show through HDMI, but I guess that changed.
Thanks for that heads up.

Other than changing options in your launch.ini, I don't think you can boot xell from a controller, just eject.

Have sorted it was the blue wire by the way
that was xellous that doesnt work with HDMI.The original JTAG method was using xellous guess you have mistaken that for xell reloaded.Cuz xell reloaded supports hdmi.

On a step when we do the rgh process we create a glitch image and flash it to the console,at that point the console doesnt have any other option than booting into xell reloaded.I was at that point then on which it doesnt matter how you power on the console cuz it is going to boot into xellreloaded anyways.

and after you take the cpu key and flash the custom nand to the console ,the console has the option to boot into xellreloaded only by pressing the exect button.
Hope I could be clear on what I was trying to say.:)

Probably it was the bad soldering

What was wrong with the blue wire? Soldering? Length? Just to help others out of they come across this thread with the same problem.
on my other thread Martin C told me that I need to take out the wire clip that I was using. It was too tight and in those circumstances when the cable is too tight it wont boot into xell.

I just loosened it and tucked it under the xclamp, now I have a working slim rgh :)
