Jrunner RGH1 9499 Does Not Work

I have a Falcon console that I'm currently RGHing and it's on Dash 9199. I am using J-Runner v0.3 Beta (4)
I downloaded the additional kernal 9199 files and loaded J-Runner with them, and in the XeBuild box, after selecting Dash Version 9199, the only option available is JTAG.
I'm not at all new to the modding scene, I've done countless RGH2s but this is my first RGH1. Can anyone lay out my options of what I can do? I've looked around and from some posts I found that there is no RGH1 for Kernal 9199. Is there a way to update my console to 13604 without the CPUkey?

I would. Update to dash 13599 and if u can find a coolrunner rev abc u can rgh it with instant boots

My next coolrunner batch comes in tomorrow, so no I have not gotten the CPU key. And damn I was hoping I wouldn't have to update, but I successfully updated my falcon and should be smooth sailing from here. Preciate the help
