Jtag 360 & Kinect

I tried to play my KINECT game on my JTAG yesterday and after doin all the necessary things , like, rippin my original, patchin the iso file, extractin the iso file, removing the system update, and ftped the files to my HDD, and I have the 12625 kernal. When I do try to play from the xex menu, it goes back to the dashboard home, and gives me a message sayin I need a system update to play my game. I tried another Kinect game and still the same message shows up. Any ideas??? What else did I miss???


and yes I do have another xbox (slim) where i can play all my KINECT games on but |I just wanted to try this and its been buggin me that it didnt work. LOL.

You did run the MS update right after installed freeboot 12625 Kernel right? Could be missing the avatar data and which would explain why it isn't working.

dont delete the game update thats in the iso, it needs it to play the game

Its the system update that you wanna avoid thru live

I'll try putting the avatar update on my jtag. I never had one but I'll try it. Will let u guys know.

Alright I got the KINECT to work now...Just needed to update the Avatar...Thanks guys for the replys...and u guys can close this thread now.
