GENERAL JTAG a 14699 Xenon

Sorry new to this but i tried JTAG'ing my XENON that was already updated to 2.0.14699.0 dash. I have JTAG Tool 4.25 and I read two NANDs and they compared perfectly and XELLOUS appears to write out to 004F and when I go to restart with the CD eject I get 3 red rings and no video. Re-wrote back to original NAND and everything comes back alive. Is this a problem with the 14699 dash and not a version for XELLIOUS for it or something...again sorry noob here.

Steve, You can not JTAG on any XENON's with newer dash's as M$ blocked the exploit about 18 months ago on an update. Its retail only for you mate.

but you cannot JTAG a Xenon that is on 14699 dash before you attempt JTAG

My kernel is 2.0.1888.0 with the 14699 dash...so I am I capable of JTAG'ing or not...still confused.

If you updated your dash to 14699 then the exploit for JTAG is patched. YOU can NOT JTAG this console.
