Jtag aud_clamp error e01

Hi
I have jtagem my zephyr with argon_data but he got e79 etc then i move to aud_clamp and all ok
Then I got falcon and he got rols etc then when i swith to aud_clamp i got only 3 rod with error E01 (red light on power suply too)
I remove jtag and error are still..
I burn this transistor or more?
