JTAG crashed. Would like to transfer saves, profile, etc.

My JTAG Xenon isn't RROD, but the screen went kind of weird (looked like a PC at lowest bit colors) and when I rebooted it, I can hear it turn on and boot to FSD but I can't see anything except maybe ever so slight snow on the screen.

I'm going to RGH my slim sooner or later.

Is it possible to transfer the following? And how?

Profile (yes, I'd like to keep all my fake trophies, etc)
Saves
Actual games (I don't think this is tied to the console? Just files that I iso2xbox'd
Avatar stuff.

You can move the HDD to your new console.( after you RGH it of course) make sure your dashlaunch is configured etc. The phat HDD case comes apart and it's just a 2.5" HDD in there you can put that in a new slim HDD case or carefully line it up out of a case your choice.

Yeah, I put a 500 GB in my JTAG, and if I could simply put it in the new one, that'd be great.

However, what about things like saves and profile? Aren't they tied to the console?
