JTAG Jtag falcon not booting instantly, is this normal?

Hi,
I have just jtagged a falcon using aud_clamp method with transistors. This falcon sometimes does not boot instantly and when this happen I can hear the fan noise changing similar to rgh console. Is this normal? I have only done a few jtag and they all boot instantly.

I have put the xbox back together and i dont have any pic. I used lot of flux and cleaned it up afterwards with ipa so i believe the soldering part is fine.
I have read a bit on jtag hack and from my understanding the gpu is used for the hack. I have reballed the gpu of this falcon. So does this beaviour indicate the condition of the gpu? Perhaps i have not attached the gpu properly or the gpu is starting to fail.
