ok i have my hdd open for 5 months now when i boot it up in my jtag it goes to e68 i tried in different xbox's still same problem any help its a 120 gig hdd

also guys i want to ask you is there a way to solder a hdd inside the xbox i have seen some xbox's that have built in hdd becuase they solder the hdd
some were but can you help me with that as well?:D

Isn't it obvious? It's a faulty hard drive or faulty connector at the hard drive plug-in end. If you have another xbox hard drive, swap the drives between both cases and see what happens. This should tell you whether the fault is with the internal hard drive it self or the connectors inside the case it self.

As for fitting hard drive inside the 360, I think it's not a practical idea. Imagine if you need to use the hard drive on another console for any reason or it's gone faulty. You'll have to open the whole console and disconnect various bits.

lol you right but is there any tut on how to do it anyway also i fix it i unscrew it an i heated it up with heatgun then cool down now it works like new
