Jtag Help - No Flash controller found

I am currently trying to mod a Xenon with the JTAG

have done all the soldering on the board correct have tested it all and there is no shorts anywhere. also i have not damaged any tracks on the board.

I am having trouble when its time to dump the nand

Using command nandpro.exe lpt: -r16 nand1.bin (enter)
i get

Testing LPT Device address:0278
Testing LPT Device address:027F
Testing LPT Device address:03BC
Could not detect a flash controller
can no continue

Here is a screen shot of my settings i have been using including

System details
Device manager Settings
Nand Pro patcher Settings

I have tryed it without the 100ohm resistors and with them also i have also used nandpro flasher to make sure its checking the right port.

when the xbox is connected to the pc via the wires it will not switch on when you take the wires out the pc it boots normaly, is this correct. any ideas as to why i am getting the error i have tryed on a diffrent PC and still no luck

Eazy m8 if i was you id buy nand x i give it 10/10

need image of your wires...

as it could be cable to long

are you using diodes and resistors

None of the wires are touching each other tho in the pic the look like they are. sorry not the best pics only had camara phone to take pics with.

Yes i have the dioeds and resistors on the board. i did try it both ways with them on the wire end first then into the board i have the dioed's direct into J1F1 and J2D2 also i have one on J1D4 i have 100 ohm's in

looks like i may have just ****ed it. put black ops in and it updated the dash now its on the new nex dash SOB!!
