FALCON Jtag installation getting E79 Error...Help!

Ok this is my first experience with the whole jtag experience, so bare with me. I have installed qsb's, and CR4 XL. I was able to read the nand, but after completing the install im getting a E79 error. I read some other forums and some people are saying its a problem with the wiring, but I have resoldered all of my connections to make sure they are good.

What else could it be. Again this is my first time, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

Could be dip switch settings. Fill out the CR4 Temate.

did you tick the aud clamp checkbox while building the freeboot image?
I think CR4 QSB uses that point

anyway E79 shows the R-JTAG (DIPs, RGH wiring) works fine, but something wrong with JTAG wiring / SMC in the dump
