Jtag no audio

I'm looking for someone that can repair a xenon jtag that has no audio. Everything else works fine on the console with the exception of the audio. The system has been re-flowed twice in the oven for 2 hours each time, so apparently a re-flow will not fix this problem. I only hear a humming sound coming out the speakers. I have never used a heat gun on it. Has anyone had this issue and if so what will rectify it??? Does anyone have any experience with repairing this kind of issue? Can someone lead me to someone that can repair it.

Of course, putting a PCB in the oven like a freakin' pizza is EXACTLY the same as a reflow against a lead-free profile and liquid flux.

I'm off to sell my £800 BGA workstation and buy a £50 toaster oven instead. Thanks for saving me money!!!!!
