nope, although periodically the console would get 3rrod (i forgot which code) after being plugged in. id turn it off and on and it would work fine after.
In all honesty, I've always removed my board from its metal casing by the heat sinks, and have never had a problem with it, given I did change the thermal compound about a week or so ago, but even before then, have even removed the heat sinks and put them back on with the original compound, and still booted fine, and ran for several ours no issue. Just sayin.Theres your reason and what you have to remember you nudge the console from its casing putting your coolrunner on . Just a guess did you remove board by coolers also you displaced the paste on cpu/gpu what little paste microsoft use
I was having the same problem, but I just started using jrunner. It is a much better program in my opinion.Yes, and when you launch JTAG Tool the updater crashes (because the web site is down) so you cant even use the program.
 Are you serious? You took it apart and yes it could have failed on you.why would i need to reflow/reball? the console ran perfectly before. theres no way the cpu/gpu would fail on me now
In short every time you disassemble the xbox there is a risk of rrod.... what do you mean took it apart? how else would i install the coolrunner? -.-
