jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

Try redownloading and reinstalling jtagtool

Everyone in here is going to tell you to scrap jtag tool and use jrunner.. as i was told the same information today

simple enough you just have to right click on the executable icon and run as administrator i just tried double clicking on the icon and got the same message any time you run a program like this in windows 7 you have to run as administrator on the other hand dl j-runner jtag tool is a nice program and is easy to use but j-runner is easier

did you dl the exe or the core pack i dl the core pack and had no problems i ran it and it went through the updated and worked fine

Try disabling your AV, You need to provide more details about your setup, I see your running Win7 x32, But have you done any updates?, Installed any additional programs?, Maybe you don't have full privilages.
