Its an alternative point, whats wrong with that..?

Besides, if there was something wrong with how it was soldered, when I flashed back to my stock nand... it wouldn't have booted if there was a bad solder joint correct?

Umm I dont get what you mean??

Are you saying you have now successfully booted to Xell??

The positioning of the blue wire alone has everything to do with boot times..yours is taking an extremely long time to kick in.

An alternate point is exactly that..Ie: you only use it if you f**k the preferred point up.

Have you try flicking the switch to phat and booting...see what happens

No, I never tried flipping the switch to phat... I'll have a go at that now.

I started to mess up the original point where the blue wire was set at... that's when I went ahead and did the alternative point.

I'm off to go try flicking the switch to phat.

EDIT:
OMFG! That was all it needed?! Wow... okay, so I flipped the switch to phat... xell came up almost instantly.

Awesome! Thanks everyone who helped me out in this process!

I've now got the console booting into the brand new dash that I never even had before lol
