As with my last thread, I'm not best with software so I tried my first rgh with jtag tool, as that's what I used for doing jtags, and it went fine( after an initial gremlin), the only bit I got stuck with was checking my cpu key, it kept failing, then I remembered about removing the power cable when jtagging, so I pulled the cable and left it a minute, then it ok'ed the cpu key and I finished the glitch fine.
The reason for this thread is, I looked for info(walkthrough) for using jtag tool for rgh and couldn't find one, is it me not finding it, or does one not exist, as it went fine for me and software noob friendly(except the pull the power cord bit).

Thanks.

as long as you keep it in simple mode it walks you through it and doesn't let you continue if anything is wrong.

Yes that's what I did, only thing is it doesn't tell you is to remove the power cable,
It's so simple instead of, download this download that, put this here put that in there, open cmd, type this and that,
I thought tx and coolshrimp were part of the same, but their's no tuts on jtag tool for the RGH.

Just done my 3rd glitch using jtag tool, and all glitch fine, so anyone wanting a simple walkthrough of the software use jtag tool.
The points it doesn't mention are, after it's read and wrote the ecc thing, press the eject and xell boots, then just write down your cpu key, then remove the power fron your console for about a minute, then type your cpu key in and save it, it then checks it against your nand.
On the jasper when it went to write the freeboot it said no console selected, so I just clicked the advanced button and selected it there, then clicked write, jobs a goodun.
