JTAG Jtag Tool/ Jrunner [HELP]

ohk im trying to jtag this xenon but when i open jtag tool it pops up an update screen but when i try yo open junner and try to read the nand and pops up windows is detecting a problem and closes the program

You dont have enough ram or your pc is slow, give us your PC specs.

i have a 250gb laptop and i have jtaged an xbox befor but im just having trouble now for some reason

There is a problem with the JTAG Tool site being down at the moment, making it impossible for the program to check for the correct updates, its a bug within the program. When you get the update box, just press enter on your keyboard, then you will be able to get into the program.

For some reason I have been having problems with J-Runner too. I do not know why, I just went and did it the old way with the command prompt and NandPro.

I am assuming you are using a USB flasher or a NAND-X to read the image since you are on a laptop.
If that is the case, just open up the command prompt, change to your NandPro directory and type "nandpro usb: -r16 [whatever you want to call your nand].bin"

just a note here when jrunner was first put out there , people including myself had a few teething troubles. firstly up your virtual memory, then restart pc , unistall net framework from comp , restart pc , download latest netframework install and restart , this should solve jrunner .
Not slagging jtag tools of I did use it as well at one point but it's out of date and not been kept upto date for a while plus it had problems every now and then with nand dumps . check out previous posts by myself , jrunner nandpro and xebuild is all you need
