I have a Non Hdmi Xenon console which I want to update from Freeboot Dash 9199 to 12625. When I run Create Freeboot, I get this Message:

ibuild 0.05 - coded by ikari
ERROR: Data in block 823, page 30,
ERROR: Unhandled exception.
Press any key to continue . . .

I have used Flash 360 & Nand X to to take multiple dumps and checked with compare Nand.

I also have what I believe to be the original nand and freeboot nand that this was originally flashed with. Neither of these give this error and seem to create the new freeboot 12625 nand successfully.

I was just going to use the Original Nand but the DVD key and OSIG are different
Orig Nand - OSIG: None Drive Info - Unspoofed KV Type: 1
Current Nand -OSIG: TSSTcorpDVD-ROM TS-H943Ams28 KV Type: 2
The drive was originally stock and I have flashed with Jungle Flasher recently.

So my Questions Are:
  1. Why am I getting the error with the current dump ?
  2. Why is the DVD key different when the CPU Key & Console Serial match
  3. What happens if I go ahead and use the original NAND

I have just used Flash Dump tool to patch the current nand dump with the DVD key and OSIG from the original nand dump, re-ran JTAG tool & got no error.

Again:
  1. Whey would I have two different DVD Keys
  2. If this new Image going to be safe to flash ?

Did you perform the JTAG? IF you didn't then maybe someone changed your OSIG. Basically if you did this from begining to finish and you got your original and youre sure its not corrupt or anything then whats the risk of flashing a new Freeboot image. If the xbox doesn't boot then just reflash your original nand or even just rewrite the nand image that you dumped from your jtag when it was working and then try again. There really isn't much risk if any to doing it like that.
