Could you, please, explain what the "InstaBan" means?
I'm not using XBLive with my JTAG's, what more I have it disabled in System Menu. But I have my console perm connected to the internet just because of updating my game covers and content in FSD. Is this also risky?

OK thanks, that explains expression of "InstaBan".
But where I could get banned since I'm not connecting to XBLive, do not have any user profile created there (never been connected there) and have XBLive service disabled in the dashboard?
It would surprised me to hear that there are ppl connecting to XBLive with JTAG'd consoles, I always thought that means BAN for sure.
Or did I misunderstood it and just having my ethernet cable connected to the JTAG'd Xbox means they could detect me and BAN somewhere?

Jtags are banned the second you try to connect To Xbox Live..
so dont buy KV's they will not unban you you will just be banned again Instantly..
those with Kia Xlink will still work fine..
