JTAG JTAG Xenon 13146

Right - I'm still a relative novice with regard to the JTAG stuff...fairly competent & getting them done, but after that & installing XEXMenu...I'm at a bit of a loss.

I need to get:

Freestyle Dash & DashLaunch installed on a JTAG Xenon I have here - but it does not have normal Xbox360 HDD - but a 1TB external HDD (formatted as Fat32).

Is this is even possible, or will I always need Xexmenu installed on the normal 20GB (for example)?

Copy FSD to the USB HDD (you choose where it goes - I keep mine on USB:\FSD\
Install Dashlaunch 2.2.
Copy the sample_launch.ini to the root of your USB HDD.
rename it to launch.ini.
edit launch.ini for the default location of freestyledash - use the path where you copied it to in the first step as a reference.

That's it. Connect your USB HDD and power on the console. FreestyleDash should load fine.

Thanks for the reply Martin - I had a look @ this morning.

Still having a few issues though.

I've installed dashlaunch 2.2 (using Xex on the normal 360 20GBHDD)
I've added FSD folder to USB HDD, and copied the launch.ini

Code for the launch.ini is:

BUT_X = Hdd:\Content\0000000000000000\C0DE9999\00080000\C0DE99990F586558
Default = Usb0:\FSD\default.xex
[Settings]
nxemini = true
pingpatch = true

Still booting to the normal dash though - is it something wrong with the format of the HDD? I can see it through XexMenu etc?

First pre-season game today, 1700 against Young Boys...lots of rebuilding for Big Fat Sam to do though...going to be a difficult, difficult division to get out of.

Martin - one last question mate...(apologies!)...can you install FSD & dashlaunch to the 512 internal on a Jasper?

I've again, done a bit of searching...but nothing thrown up.
