nand read qsb points are toasted but xbox still boots fine

You have no option at this point to do a direct wire. You should think twice about that though until you post pics. Even then you might want to think a third time.

What error(s) are you getting?

cant read nand at all my nand x is fine works on my slim

Measure the voltage at each point and try the alternative points.

bl4k3y do you do repairs of this kind and how much do you charge because they look very hard to solder too
