Which jtag wiring method are you using? Diodes, or blackaddr/boxxdr method?

I personally think that the diode method (BAT41) works better and is easier to implement, but your experience may differ.

You're most welcome. Sorry I couldn't help sort the issue out. The only other thing to suggest is AutoGG, and it might not help, but it's worth a shot if all else fails or nobody else can figure this out. I'll keep looking for an answer, though.

If you were to install the AUD_CLAMP method your problem would most likely go away. The RRoD is the reason you are resetting the dash and the cause of the RRoD is most likely due to the standard diode method. E79 by any chance?

One more thing- Are you using Kynar wire or Cat5 for the jtag wiring? Cat5 has worked better in my experience. Maybe take another look at the jtag wiring connections to make sure everything is joined nicely. If you have a multimeter, do some continuity checks from point-to-point on the motherboard (one-way polarity w/ diodes).
