Everything works great! aud clamp smc, xellous 1.0. Made my bin using bestpig program 27c

I can load games, homebrew, everything.

However...

Everytime I load a game, the first time i load a game and only the first time, about 15 minutes in, it kicks me back to the dash. No errors, no crash..the dvd drive is saying opening drive..(when there is no drive) I can go back into my game and play for hours no problems...only on the first load and about 15 min into the game does it black screen suddenly and kick me back to the dash...everytime, on the first load of any ONE game, after the first crash, or whatever you want to call it, the 360 never does it again until it is powered off.. it does it in the regular dash, and freestyle dash and have no dvd option checked also when i made the new flash image...

Yeah this is weird..

Rebuild new flash from ORG nand. Used fb build .2 everything is working except, once, and only once, the first time i load any game, it will play for 10-15 min, then boom, crash back to dash, with absolutely no errors. Then I can reload any other game and play for hours on end with no problems.

I am using the 1.2 smc from boxxdr. his wiring diagrams using the aud_clamp and d1bf1 spot.

The box works perfectly after that first "crash" but it gives no error, no crash notification, just blanks out and goes to the dash.

Ive tried 2 different nand guis (freeboot and bestpig) Now using fbbuild 2. and same thing... works fine, load up a game, play 15 min, boom, black screen, hello dash. Load up the game again, play for hours, no problems.

So its something that is happening at bootup? or initial load that is making it crap out? It makes no sense.

Is this a symptom of the tray_open mod? Do i need to do that instead of aud_clamp?

I needed a jumper on the mobo where the dvd plugs into the mobo. jump pins number 4 and 6. That fixed it!
