Jtagable xbox with no power, non jtagable xbox as donor?

Berfore I start I wasn't sure where to post this but as it's ultimatley Jtag related I thought I may get a better answer here, if not then please move, thanks.
Right, I have a Jtagable xbox on a VERY old dash that RLOD and was fixed. I can't remember exactly what happened but it wouldn't power up in the end, something on the board itself.
What I want to know is if it's possible to transplant the NAND, CPU and anything else needed? Into a donor xbox, same model but had a bad drive key.
I obviously know about blown efuses from the '09 update but what efuses are blown? If it's the CPU or NAND would the transplant work swapping out those parts and Jtagging it once it's done and up and running?
I hope that what I ask is easy enough to understand, basically transplanting the CPU etc from the non working 360 as it's Jtagable and transplanting it into a donor working 360 with no DVD key but is running the latest dash. Would the transplant work and would it still have the Efuses intact to perform a Jtag on it depending on wether the transplant is succesful?
Any help or guidance will be appreciated, if it's a no go i'll just keep them as parts or at least until I find the DVD key for the other 1 as I have a backup of drive.
thanks

yes a CPU swap is very possible and would work just fine

you would need to read the nand from the jtaggable box and flash it to the new one
you would need to put the CPU from the jtaggable box and put it on the new one (via a reball procedure)

in order for this to work, the CPUs must be the same, meaning same model and same place of manufacture

Thanks for answering, they're both late 2005 models, basically 1st gen. one thing though, wouldn't I be able to exchange NAND's like the CPU so that all info for both CPU and NAND match already. I could then dump it from the donor 360 then and Jtag it from there couldn't I?
I would try and keep the donor 360's Graphics chip intact as it's never suffered RLOD yet so should be a good board in all!

the donor and acceptor CPUs must match exactly in order for it to work

you can move the NAND or just flash it over, doesn't matter

I'll be marking the donor board properly so that it will match up properly. There should already be some kind of markings on the board anyway isn't there? I'd rather transfer the NAND aswell cos then I can turn on the 360 after the transfer to check all is well and go about Jtagging it from there. It'll be my 1st transplant/reball and Jtag too so I don't mind if it goes wrong, we'vew gotta learn somewhere and hands on is always the best approach for me after researching what to do.
Thanks for your answers, they've been valuable to me and gives me something to do with 2, otherwise, broken 360's which hopefully in the end will produce a fully working, Jtag'd 360!

EDIT:-
I just noticed in your 1st post that the CPU's have to be the same type, which they are as they are the 1st gen models. But then you mentioned from the same place of manufacture! Does that really matter if they're literally the same 360, model, year etc? How does place of manufacture come into it?
