LITEON 93450 Jungleflasher not seeing my drive..have no F8 function

I tried signing but each time it said portio64 did not install I try to to restart and use the F8 but nothing just boots up ..I do have have dual boot windows 8 and 7 ultimate 64 bit can anyone please help I would appreciate it.

Do you have an x360USBPro / v2? If so, ignore the error as portio is not needed.
