Just a couple of Questions??

hey guys....just got my new X3SE....been doing a lot of reading to install...have a couple of ?'s...

Don't know what flash bios comes on the x3...do i need to flash the new flashbios3.03 first ...before i start to put on the x3 1959..or can i use the one that comes on the chip already???

i have the new x3 1959 bin file...1mb.... I turn the 1 and 2 to on..the rest off....do i still need a dummy file with this???

People Working ON 8955?

Hello,

I just wanted to know who is the group working on this kernel right now "8955" to found a way to make it exploitable?

Are the team of Xecuter or Other team?

I heard that a team is working on a project and the idea is " Start Dashboard from HDD", is this mean that the console can boot on a kernel that will be installed on a hdd, is that gonna to work? "just found a thread about this on xboxhacker.net

I'm not talking about Jtag since it's blocked definitly.

the xbox would have to be jtagged for anything to be read off the hdd thats unsigned code. even i can make stuff in container files such as a dashboard that will load from the hdd only its not signed and will not load on anything other than a jtag.
as soon as i try to load anything in the hdd from a normal xbox360 it just says corrupt file. i bet its easy to just throw the files from the kernel into a container file and import it on xlast. hah ima try that in a few minutes actually. ill let you know if it even loads later tonight or tomorrow when i have time to get back on here.


if the team does find a way to get unsigned code to work on a normal 360. then guess what that means =D
